This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. This policy describes how EGN Coaching processes your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

  • Identity and contact details (name, email address, phone number, message) submitted through Meetergo booking or contact forms.
  • Technical data (IP address, connection logs) processed by the host for the security and operation of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiries and arranging an introductory call — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Providing the coaching services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Complying with our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Ensuring the security of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your data may be processed by the following providers, within the European Union:

  • Meetergo — booking and forms (https://meetergo.com).
  • DanubeData — site hosting (https://danubedata.ro).

Transfers outside the European Union

Data is hosted within the European Union. Should any transfer outside the European Union occur, it would be covered by appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

  • Contact enquiries: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Contractual and accounting records: 10 years.
  • Technical logs: around 12 months.

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to egn.coaching@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Automated decisions

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out based on your data.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. Only a language preference is stored locally in your browser (storage strictly necessary for the site to function).

Bookings are made through the Meetergo tool. When you open Meetergo, its own cookies and privacy policy apply.
